Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card to try AguMail?
No. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial of the whole product: up to 5,000 contacts, 25,000 emails, the writing assistant, a plan for what to send next, and the store features if you sell online. No card to start. Sending more than 100 emails a month needs one on file. Adding one charges nothing and leaves your trial or plan as it is. When the trial ends you drop to the free plan rather than losing the account.
How does AguMail connect to my app and my billing?
Paste a read-only Stripe key and customers come in with their plan and billing status. For your app, use the agumail-js npm package or the REST API to send signups and what people do. Either one works alone.
Can I move my list from my current email tool?
Yes. The CSV import reads the common export formats, and migrations are free on paid annual plans.
Which plan do I need?
Free has two flows. Paid plans add A/B tests and saved segments. Revenue reporting needs Commerce, at $69 a month ($55 a month paid yearly), or Commerce Pro at $149 a month ($119 paid yearly).
Does AguMail send password resets or receipts?
No. AguMail is for marketing email: onboarding, trials, payments and win-back. Your app keeps sending its own password resets and receipts.
