Why it works
Why this email works
- 1It asks once the watch has been worn. The email goes out weeks after delivery, so the buyer writes about how it keeps time and how the strap wears, not how it looked in the box.
- 2The prompts do the work. Fit and size, timekeeping, the strap. Three steps give a buyer who has never written a review something to say, and give the next shopper the details that decide a purchase.
- 3The photo request comes with a reason. Reviews with a photo of the watch on the wrist get read first, and the email says so. That line is often enough to get a wrist shot instead of a product shot.
- 4It says what happens to the review. Reviews go up within two business days, nothing is offered in exchange for a rating, and names and order numbers stay private. Buyers know the rules before they start typing.

Order follow-up
How is the watch working out?
Hi Alex,
Your order shipped a few weeks back. A short review tells the next buyer how the watch wears after a month, not just how it looks in the photo.
Two minutes to fill out. Reviews with a photo of the watch on your wrist get read first.

Tell us what stood out
Step 1
Fit and size
Did the 41 mm case sit right? Note your wrist size in inches so the next buyer can compare.
Step 2
Timekeeping
Has it run fast or slow? A few seconds a day either way is worth writing down.
Step 3
The strap
Leather, steel or canvas: say how it wears after a month of daily use.
Reviews go up within two business days. We don't edit them, and we don't offer anything in exchange for a rating. Names and order numbers stay private.
You get this email because you bought a watch from Meridian.
