How it gets sent

Why it works

Why this email works

  1. 1The news arrives in the first line. The subject says the feature is live, and the opening paragraph says it is already on the reader's plan. Nobody has to scroll to find out whether this costs them anything.
  2. 2Two features, two short sections. Project links and channel alerts each get a label, a heading and two sentences. A reader skimming on a phone still knows what changed.
  3. 3Setup time is stated up front. The email says connecting takes about two minutes, then shows the three steps: install from Slack, pick your channels, set who gets alerts. The estimate comes before the click, not after.
  4. 4The ask comes after the proof. Connect your workspace sits under the opening paragraph for readers who are already sold, and See what's new closes the email after the steps. Neither button leaves anyone hunting for a link.

New: Loopwise for Slack, included on every plan

New integration

Loopwise for Slack

Hi Alex,

Loopwise now runs inside Slack. Paste a link to any project and the channel sees the status, the owner and the due date. It is already on your plan, so there is nothing to install.

What you can do inside Slack

Project links

Links turn into status cards

Paste a Loopwise link in any channel. Slack shows the project name, owner, due date and current stage in one card.

Alerts

Updates come to the channel

Choose a channel and Loopwise posts when a milestone ships or a due date moves. There are no email digests to sort through.

Setup

Connect in about two minutes

An owner or admin picks the workspace once. Every teammate can then link projects without a separate login.

Three steps to connect

Step 1

Install from Slack

Open the Apps directory in Slack, search Loopwise and click Add.

Step 2

Pick your channels

Choose where updates land. You can route each project to its own channel.

Step 3

Set who gets alerts

Turn alerts on per person, so designers see design updates and finance sees invoices.

Loopwise for Slack is on every plan, including yours
