Why it works
Why this email works
- 1The deadline appears three times. Through March 9 at 11:59 pm CT shows in the preview text, under the heading and again in the small print at the bottom. A shopper who only skims still knows when the offer ends.
- 2The cutoff time does real work. Order by 2 pm CT and it leaves Springfield that afternoon. That line sits in the offer copy and again under Ships same day, so nobody has to write in and ask whether it will arrive in time.
- 3New arrivals carry their prices. A chess set at $48.00, a crochet bunny at $22.00 and a pencil set at $14.00 give a reader something to buy even if they never reach $35. The link to see all new sits right above them.
- 4The bottom answers the usual questions. Same-day shipping, 60 days to return, and a reply from a person in Springfield. Each block is short and sits where a shopper looks before deciding.
