How the Abandoned Cart Recovery flow sends it
Once the flow is turned on, AguMail sends this email by itself every time it should go out.
This flow runs on the Commerce plan, from $69 a month, and in the free trial.

Why it works
Why this email works
- 1It lands an hour after the cart is left. That is close enough that the shopper still remembers picking the kibble. The flow stops the moment they order, so nobody gets a second reminder after checkout.
- 2The subject starts with the cart, not the sale. Your cart is saved comes before the free shipping offer, so the first thing a shopper reads is that their picks are still there. The offer reads as a reason to come back rather than a pitch on its own.
- 3It names the kibble and the treats. A bag of Adult Chicken & Rice and a 6-pack of salmon treats, described the way the shopper saw them on the shelf page. That is what separates a reminder from a general sale email.
- 4One line answers a question the shopper has. The 15 lb bag lasts a 40 lb dog about five weeks, at $32.50. Below it the totals are laid out line by line, with shipping at $0, so nothing needs working out.
