Why this email works
- 1It names the throw and the vases, not a cart. The subject line says what is waiting, and the first line of the email repeats both pieces by name. A shopper can tell at a glance that this is about their own cart and not a general sale.
- 2Stock counts give a reason to go back now. The throw shows 4 left and the copy says both pieces are running low. That is a real detail from the shop, and it turns a friendly reminder into something with a little urgency behind it.
- 3A 48-hour hold sets a clear window. The email says the cart is saved for 48 hours, then repeats it just above the button. The shopper knows how long they have, and the button takes them straight back to the cart.
- 4A verified review sits beside the throw. Dana R. from Boise says the color matched the photo and the throw arrived two days early. That answers the question a decor shopper asks before buying, which is whether the color looks like the picture.
