Announce the sale with the prices your customers will check
A sale email has to say what is marked down, what it now costs and when it ends. This one puts the dates, the code and three named pieces up front.

Why it works
Why this email works
- 1The dates ride along in the preview text. November 28 to December 1 shows in the inbox before anyone opens the email, so the deadline lands early.
- 2Every price sits next to the old price. The Elm sofa at $1,190 down from $1,700 answers the first question a shopper has without a click. The Alder chair and the Birch table do the same.
- 3Three named pieces do the browsing for them. Fabric, wood and ship times are spelled out, so a reader can picture the Alder chair in the room and knows the table takes two weeks.
- 4A delivery story handles the big-item worry. One customer describes the sofa arriving on the day promised and being carried up three flights. It answers the doubt that stops people buying furniture online.
