How it gets sent

How the Lapsed Customer Win-back flow sends it

This flow runs on every plan, Free included.

It needs: Each customer's last visit date, from an import, the AguMail API or a contact edit

Lapsed Customer Win-back

  1. Starts when

a customer has not visited for 90 days and has nothing booked

  2. That morning

  3. 7 days later

    One more reason

  4. They book or visit.

Why it works

Why this email works

  1. 1It names the class they dropped. Not a generic hello. It says Tuesday 6 pm strength, since July, and that the rack by the window is still free at that hour. That detail tells the member a person noticed they were gone.
  2. 2The offer has an end date. One class on us, any class on the schedule, through November 30. No forms, just tell the front desk. A date turns a good intention into something to do this week.
  3. 3Three ways back, with times. Small barbell groups of six, yoga at 7 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, Saturday run club at 8 am. A member who fell out of the habit can pick the one that fits their week and reply to claim a spot.
  4. 4A member describes the first step. Priya N. stopped going for eight months and came back through the 6 am group. Her line, plus the reason the email arrived at the bottom, keeps it from reading like a mistake.

Hi Alex,

You haven't been to a Tuesday 6 pm strength class since July. The rack by the window is still free at that hour.

Come back for one class on us, any class on the schedule, through November 30. No forms, just tell the front desk you're back.

Book a class

Weekday classes start at 6 am, Saturday at 8. Reply to this email and we'll hold a spot in the next one.

See you Monday.

Three ways to come back

Strength floor

Small barbell groups

Six people per session, one coach on the platform. We start light and add weight when your form holds.

Studio classes

Yoga and stretch, 45 minutes

Tuesday and Thursday at 7 pm, mats and blocks provided. Good for stiff hips after a desk day.

Outdoor runs

Saturday run club, 5 miles

Meet at the studio at 8 am, all paces, two routes. Coffee after at the corner shop on Main.

I stopped going for eight months after my knee rehab. Danielle put me in the 6 am barbell group and I've been back three mornings a week since March.
